The shipping timeline listed below are only estimations and do not include weekends, holidays or any other delays caused by the carrier company. FragrancePrime is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier company. To get an accurate timeline of your product, please track your shipment (you will receive an email with your tracking information) or contact the carrier company directly. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have very little to no control over the package.
Shipping fees are non- refundable and will be displayed during checkout, before you submit for payment.
If your package is returned by the carrier company after failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will provide you with a refund minus the shipping cost both ways once the package has been returned to us.
If you would like to change your shipping address after the package has been shipped out, you will be required to pay for the additional address change fee.
