Canada Post Strike might affect the below delivery times

As you are likely aware, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers [CUPW] has issued a notice of its intention to disrupt normal Canada Post services with rotating strikes starting at on Monday, October 22nd. Should this labour action take place, it may affect the flow of shipments  Please add an additional 4-7 days to the below delivery time until everything gets normal.

  • Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island 4-7 Business Days - CAD $ 8.99 + Tax
  • Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland/Labrador, New Brunswick 5-9 Business Days - CAD $8.99 + Tax
  • Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon - 7 to 12 Business Days - $14.99 + Tax
  • USA All States - All the orders are delivered duty/ tax-free within 10 to 14 business days via USPS (United States Postal Service) You will receive a shipping confirmation with Tracking details once the package is shipped from our facility - CAD $8.99 (USD $6.99)

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We will refund or exchange if the product you are returning is in the same condition you received i.e. unopened and unused within 14 days from the date of purchase. In order to return you will email  support@fragranceprime.ca to obtain approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Make sure merchandise is unopened, in its original condition and properly packaged to ship. You are welcome to keep gift or samples you get with purchase.

In the case item is damaged, please contact us immediately, so we can start a damage claim as soon as possible. Once you have reported the problem you will be receiving instructions to return the product along with information about providing you with an item in perfect conditions. Contemplate that we ship your merchandise in its best condition; however, damages during shipment process can occur.
